My new red table

We picked up this little gem at a garage sale last summer...for five bucks!.....I finally got around to painting it! Oh, and right next to my newly painted table, is my beautiful new chevron pillow...I heart you pillow....

Front porch face-lift

I have had spring fever hardcore this year! I have been wanting to re-vamp our entire house. Last weekend I gave our front porch a little love and and added a new ikea bench and a home-made potato sack pillow. With the help of a few bright planters, my porch is ready for it's close-up!

One foot after another.

Everyday I feel like we are getting one step closer to our goals. I felt stairs were only symbolic of our current status... climbing, a sometimes endless feeling, set of stairs.

 

Life is about enjoying the climb... right? I just need to keep reminding myself of that!

Doe...a deer

I am so in love with all things deer. I came across this image on Pinterest the other day...(Pinterest is one of my favorite finds btw) and I was instantly smitten:). Of course I found out the pic was from A Cup of Jo, another fabulous blog.
